Steve Groff wins National No Till Innovator Award!
Steve Groff of Holtwood, Pennsylvania, was honored as the "1999 No-Till Farmer of the Year" for developing and implementing no- till crop production methods on his farm. Groff received the No-Till Innovator award January 22, 1999 at the National No- Tillage Conference, in St. Louis, Missouri.
